Housing and Dining Agreement
Students who enter into an agreement with TU for housing and/or dining services agree to remain in residence and participate in the meal plan for the entire academic year. All rates are based on the dates published in these schedules, which may be amended from time to time pursuant to the housing and dining agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates will be charged on a daily basis.

Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests may be submitted through the Housing and Dining Portal. Please be prepared to upload supporting documentation.
December Graduation – In order for the graduating resident to qualify for release at the end of the fall term without incurring liquidated damages, the resident must not be enrolled for the spring semester and must complete the cancellation request form through the Housing and Dining Portal by November 1. Residents vacating under this provision must do so by 3:00 p.m. on the Sunday following the fall commencement date.
