There’s no better way to take a brain break than to hit the ground running — literally! Intramural sports and recreational programs are available on campus to help you stay in shape and keep your mind sharp. You can even hire a personal trainer to teach you how to get the most out of your workouts.

Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Noon-6 p.m.
Fulton and Susie Collins Fitness Center
The fitness center can elevate your fitness and health goals. Our 67,192 square-foot center houses an indoor track, three basketball courts and more than 200 pieces of workout equipment.
